We focus on supporting organizations and programs that incorporate principles of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Trauma-Informed practices in their work. We believe it is critical for organizations and programs to make decisions using both community voice and data. It is our hope that grants we make bring about authentic partnership, collaboration and system change to improve the emotional health and wellbeing for all. The Foundation is prioritizing supporting organizations that serve and are led by Black, Indigenous and People of Color.
